The object of sentence 4 is a proper noun (a definite person), and that of sentence 5 is also a proper noun (name of a definite country). The objects of 6, 7 and 8 are al personal pronouns. Sentence 9 shows by the fact the verb is definite that there is an object of the seeing. There is no separate pronoun used. The English translation must have 'it', 'him' or some other object expressed, which is determined by the context. Sentence 10 in the first column contains an interrogative word that always requires the definite form of the verb. The last sentence contains a subordinate clause used as the object of the verb. Constructions of this type always require the definite form of the verb.
