We read every message ourselves. Tell us which edition you're using (Baudelaire, Rilke, Arlt, Karamazov, Kierkegaard, Havelaar, or the Odyssey), your device, and what happened, and we'll answer as quickly as we can — usually within a couple of days.
Common questions
I bought the complete edition on another device
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchase. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so the same purchase opens the complete edition on every device signed into it.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com — we never see your payment details and cannot issue refunds ourselves.
Pronunciation practice isn't scoring my reading
Check that the app has microphone permission in iOS Settings, find a quiet room, and hold the phone at a natural speaking distance. Your voice is scored on your device and never stored or sent anywhere.
My saved words didn't move to my new phone
Progress syncs through your own private iCloud. Make sure both devices are signed into the same Apple ID with iCloud Drive enabled, then give it a little time on Wi‑Fi.
The narration won't play
Check the ring/silent switch and volume first. If a specific line stays silent, tell us which book and line — that's a bug we want to fix.
Everything else
Feature ideas, a mistranslation you spotted, a grammar note you disagree with — we want to hear it. The texts deserve care, and the corrections readers send make the editions better. Write to [email protected].
